Condition & Completeness

All of our preowned products undergo the HYPHY quality control standards. Every one of our preowned products (game, console, accessory) are cleaned and tested. Each pre-loved product(s) are graded on a scale of "Minty AF" to "Battle Loved"

Below is our grading scale:

• Minty AF: Minimal amount of cosmetic damage, maybe some small imperfections/scratches. Consoles, games, controllers may have signs of wear and are in overall excellent condition.
• Good Shape: Has normal wear and cosmetic damage. May have small scratches/imperfections, creases/dents, tears, fading, yellowing, or other signs of wear, but are definitely in good working condition.
• Battle Loved: These have been through it all. There are significant and noticeable amounts of cosmetic damage and or wear. May have HELLA (a lot of) scratches/imperfections, creases/dents, tears (on label or artwork), warping of artwork or label (due to artwork exposed to moisture), fading, yellowing, or other signs of wear, but is still functional 100%. 

We grade our products for full transparency so that customers are ensured they are purchasing exactly what they want. The Hyphy Gold Standard is applied to every product we sell and stand proudly with are stringent processes. Every gamer should be able to play on point.

Completeness refers to how complete a game is.

• CIB: Complete in Box. Includes Game, Case with Original Artwork, and Manual (may or may not have other inserts like registration cards, other inserts, used/unused DLC Codes)
• Game & Case: Video Game Disc & Original Case w/Artwork
• Game/Disc Only: Loose Disc Only (No Original Case or Artwork, No Manual, Just the Game)

Any product that is listed as "NEW" will either state in the title and/or description on the item's original listing page. "NEW" products condition will be also shown in photo(s). If a "NEW" item has multiple quantities, expect to to receive the product in the condition shown in the photo (you may even receive one in a better condition than the one pictured, but that is not guaranteed, so best of luck ;) )
